He was rushed to an undisclosed medical private care facility which specializes in the rehabilitation of diabetics. It was discovered by doctors at the medical facility that he was suffering from acute appendicitis, and he was rushed into surgery at 1am.
The surgery went very well, according to the doctors, and they are very optimistic that Michaels will make a complete recovery. Since he was absolutely exhausted from his touring schedule, which is very rigorous, and also had diabetes, the surgery took quite a toll on him.
