WHITE LION drummer TROY PATRICK FARRELL has returned from a tour with former BLACK SHEEP’s WILLIE BASSE due to not being paid for his duties.
Turns out BASSE has enlisted new players to continue supporting the ADLER’S APPETITE’S “GOOD TO BE ALIVE” Tour funding his new players with FARRELL’S monies.
According to CBS Television, the court show JUDGE JUDY contacted BASSE in order to rectify the situation, BASSE declined participation saying he would “take care of Troy’s fees once he came back from tour”.
Day’s have past and FARRELL will further pursue his Small Claims Case in Burbank, CA for past due monies owed, defamation of character and other damages.
