William Shatner is more successful than ever. Since William Shatner released “The Transformed Man” in 1968, he has had a prolific career as a musician. Now he returns to his first love, space, with his new album, “Seeking Major Tom” which is due for release by Cleopatra Records October 11, 2011. The album features space-themed rock songs like “She Blinded Me With Science,” “Learn to Fly,” and “Iron Man” with collaborator Zakk Wylde and such guests as Peter Frampton, Bootsy Collins, Yes’ Steve Howe, Deep Purple’s Richie Blackmore, Lyle Lovett, Brad Paisley, Steve Miller, Sheryl Crow, Johnny Winter and a host of other incredible artists.
