Motley Crue singer and Las Vegas resident Vince Neil’s outrageous lifestyle and rocker brand of tequila and tattoos go on show in his new Circus Circus venue that celebrates with a gala VIP party tonight before Saturday’s grand opening.

At 14,000 square feet, this ultimate definition of rock-and-roll decadence offstage has Vince moving his Sunset Strip in Hollywood happenings to our sinful Strip.

The new venue created for the music legend by Treasure Island’s Kahunaville kingpin David Tuttleman is called Vince Neil’s Tatuado, Eat, Drink, Party and reflects the remnants of the legendary Hollywood rock clubs where so many bands, including Motley Crue, got their start.

David tells me that he hopes it is successful enough to roll out the concept across the country, Europe and Asia, with similar venues in major cities.

It comes complete with one of three bars carved out of Vince’s original, full-size touring bus, party girls for tequila shots and flair bartenders serving liberal libations. Think of this as a nonstop tailgate party after a rock show.

The main-space dining room reflects Tatuado (tattoo) artwork and imagery along with Vince’s prized personal possessions: his best-loved motorcycle, his racecar-driver suit and the gold and platinum records he’s amassed while selling nearly 100 million albums worldwide. The adjoining Rock & Rita’s Sports Bar continues the party scene.

I had a sneak peek and menu tasting of the American and Mexican comfort foods, which include vegetarian dishes. I’m safely betting that Eat, Drink, Play will become an around-the-clock hangout for fans and bands.

I met the resident balloon artist who can re-create any object with balloons, as you can see from the motorbike with one of Vince’s Girls, Girls, Girls. A resident tattoo artist also is onsite to create designs and apply temporary decals.

The venue is home to an iconic collection of rock-and-roll photography from Mark “Weiss Guy” Weiss, who has worked with Vince and the other Motley Crue members during their 30-year-plus run.

His behind-the-scenes candid photos from tours and recording sessions are hung all over the restaurant and bar areas. He’s made up a postcard series of Vince that dates back to 1985, which guests receive to mail to their friends about their eat, drink, party experience there.

Local bands will alternate on the stage at the center of the restaurant, and don’t be surprised to see rock stars presenting mini-shows there, too. Check out the Gold Room, the VIP headquarters of the “secret society” made up currently of Vince, Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage, rocker Roger Taylor from Queen and Luxor headliner comedian Carrot Top, who is celebrating eight years at the Luxor.

To enter, you first have to be proposed for membership and then buy a $5,000 gold-thread jacket to even think about hanging out there with the stars.

The party starts tonight — and then every night from Saturday onward starting from recovery breakfast to last call daily — 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. It’s time to eat, drink and party!
