Sweden’s Fatal Smile team up with a Tuff fronted Shameless for April European Tour that hits Italy, Germany & Czech Republic..

“We really think this is going to be our best album so far,” the group said in a statement. “Expect the hardest, in-your-face FATAL SMILE album yet, recorded with huge balls and heavy sounds from hell!”

FATAL SMILE‘s last CD, “21st Century Freaks”, was released in North America in early 2013 via Spectra Records. The effort, which was made available in Europe in May 2012 via FS Records/GMR Music Group, was produced by Mr. Y, engineered/recorded by Philty and mixed by the two of them together. The mastering duties were handled by Mats “Limpan” Lindfors at Cutting Room Studios.

Metal Temple —  SHAMELESS is a Hard Rock / Glam Metal band formed in the spring of 1989 by bassist Alexx “Skunk” Michael in Munich, Germany. Since their arrival, SHAMELESS released a pack load of albums throughout the first decade of 00’s, yet after quite a period of time. The band’s new album “Beautiful Disaster” is about to hit the streets and it will be featuring the performances of Steve Summers (PRETTY BOY FLOYD), Stevie Rachelle (TUFF) and Cherie Currie (formerly of THE RUNAWAYS) on lead vocals.

“You’re Not Cinderella” is catchy right from the first echoes as SHAMELESS appeared similar to the old BAI BANG. Also featuring on the album is the timeless Alice Cooper classic “Eighteen” with featuring the wonderful voice of Stevie Rachelle. The gentle piano display along with the acoustic guitaring created an amazing climate with nice singing, great melodic venture. The T. REX cover of “Life’s A Gas” also seemed quite nice, hovering with slower pace with a little reminder of AEROSMITH songs. “You’re Not Comin’ Home”, along with the piano playing and the soft singing, created a fantastic melodic ballad while “Rock N Roll Girls” appeared as a dynamic track with true Rock N’ Roll spirit consisting of energetic riffs. On “Train To Hell” there is a display of the band’s 80’s roots portrayed by the riffing style and overall feel.  The album’s opener “Greed Is God” has dynamic drumming, nice vocal similarity to the 80’s giants, a rather cheery mood, Glam oriented, the backing vocals on the chorus are so catchy and easy to memorize. There are fine riffs and a decent rhythmic section playing on “Dear Mum” that for some reason pictured of the Punksters SUM 41, youthful energy with a surge of melodies. “Forever Ends Today” is yet another cheery Hard Rock cruncher with fine melodies.

SHAMELESS fans won’t be disappointed, a solid listener recommend for more than just their fan base. Great influences of Hard Rock and Glam Metal al’a MOTLEY CRUE or ALICE COOPER.
