Alexa ‘Rock Website’ ratings updated!
It’s been awhile since we posted our Alexa.com ratings and we’ve had a few e-mails asking to do it again. There are some people who wanted to know why ‘.TV,’ why this, why that, and is the new site as popular as the old. Huh? WTF? It’s still Metal Sludge, but there is some new decor and a new home.
To answer your question… YES! Metal Sludge is still popular, and just like KISS, we’re sure to be around for eons. Who knows? We might even have your kids laughing 10-15 years from now.
There are litterally millions of domain names and Web sites that exist in CyberSpace. Of course, most of them want to be noticed and are a great tool for promoting products, selling a brand name, merchandise and more. It can be your local newspaper, the local tire store, a radio station, a shopping mall, a journal, a profile, or even a dating place. It’s everything you could ever want and more. There is even gossip, message boards, and funny pictures.
The Internet is a great thing. Embrace it, learn it, live it, love it. We do!

Let’s do a quick review.
MetalSludge.TV is actually ranked 17,617 for the date 9-22-2004. That number puts us right behind Britney Spears’ ass at 17,235, and who wouldn’t want to be right behind her ass? The list above is the 3 month average, so in reality, some of these sites could be ranked higher and some might be ranked lower.
The #1 site on the World Wide Web is still Yahoo and FartMan.Org is about to break into the top 1 million ranking, while RightSaidFred.com is a solid million positions ahead of DavidEllefson.com. We guess things are looking up for that FartMan guy, while the always sexy DJ Ashba is about to drop below the 4 million mark. Dude! Maybe you should get that CD out and do a Metal Sludge Re-Wind. We guarantee some major traffic, mass hits, and probably some extra trim after your shows.
