Juan Croucier – Is he the other voice of Ratt?

Juan Croucier the former Ratt bassist has announced some tour dates with his band "The Dirty Rats". The line up once featured Carlos Cavazo (X-Quiet Riot Guitarist) who has since joined Ratt. Stephen Pearcy also has a side project called "The Rat Bastards".
