LOS ANGELES, California — We grabbed some Exclusive News from TMZ today as they are reporting on Puddle Of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin.
As our readers know, Scantlin has been in and out of trouble with the law for much of the last decade or more, but we will give him credit… he’s had a few long streaks of staying out of the clink.
Now… the latest news is… that Scantlin will avoid jail time for his arrest last year on March 25th 2025.
We will continue to root for Wes to keep it clean and continue to bring his Puddle Of Mudd band to stages near and far…

‘Puddle of Mudd’s Wes Scantlin No Jail Time in Drugs & Domestic Violence Case‘

Wes Scantlin — the lead singer of rock band Puddle of Mudd — just got some great news in court … he won’t be spending time in the slammer in his domestic battery and drug possession case.
Court docs obtained by TMZ show that in lieu of jail time, Wes was put into a one-year diversion program and has to enroll in and complete a drug rehab program.
Remember … police arrested Wes last year after cops say he got physical with his girlfriend. According to the cops, they also found drugs on his person during a search.
But now, the judge accepted the plea agreement to put him in the diversion program for the drug possession charge, and dismissed the remaining counts.
The musician is due back in court for a progress report on May 29.
